- The Perfect Spot: Place your Potty Grass box in your dog’s favorite potty spot—ideally on a well-ventilated condo balcony or near a bright window.
- Instinctive Training: Introduce your dog to the patch and let them explore. Thanks to the natural scent of real soil, most dogs adjust and use it instinctively.
- Hydration: Lightly mist or water the grass every 1–2 days using a spray bottle to keep the turf fresh in our tropical weather.
- Let it Breathe: Real grass thrives on airflow and a bit of indirect sunlight. Keep it in a breezy spot.
- Don't Drown It: Avoid overwatering. The grass performs best when the soil layer stays damp but not waterlogged or muddy.
- When to Swap: Replace your box when your dog starts avoiding the patch, or every 2–4 weeks depending on your dog's size and usage frequency.

- Unbox Immediately: Because these are live, breathing plants, open and set up your Potty Grass box immediately upon arrival. Do not store the box closed or leave it unopened in a storeroom.
❓ FAQ Highlights
How long does a single grass patch last?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks. Longevity depends entirely on your dog’s size, how often they use it, and how well the grass is misted.
Does real grass attract bugs?
Very rarely, as our turf is freshly harvested. If you ever notice tiny garden insects, a light misting of water mixed with a few drops of organic neem oil or mild dish soap will safely clear them out.
What if my dog tries to dig or chew the grass?
Supervise your pup during their first few interactions. If they start digging, gently redirect them with a treat or command. Because it is 100% natural and pesticide-free sod, it is completely non-toxic and safe if they accidentally nibble a blade.
