Thank you for choosing POTTY GRASS. Because our dog potty patches are 100% live, natural farm grass, we handle our logistics through a specialized delivery network to ensure your order arrives perfectly fresh at your doorstep.

📍 Delivery Areas & Restrictions

  • Exclusive Coverage: We currently only deliver within Kuala Lumpur (KL).
  • Postcode Validation: Our checkout system strictly validates your delivery address. We are currently unable to fulfill orders with delivery addresses outside of our designated KL delivery postcodes (ranges starting with 50xxx to 60xxx).

📅 Fixed Delivery Schedule (Every Saturday)

To guarantee the freshness of your live grass, we operate on a fixed weekly harvesting and distribution schedule:

  • Delivery Day: All orders are delivered every Saturday directly to your door.
  • Order Cut-Off: To receive your patch on the upcoming Saturday, please place your order by [Insert Day, e.g., Wednesday] at 10AM. Orders placed after the cut-off period will automatically be scheduled for delivery on the following week's Saturday.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Delivery: We charge a flat fee of RM20.00 per order for all deliveries within Kuala Lumpur.

📦 Delivery Day Guidelines (To Your Door)

  • Real-Time Tracking / Notification: You will receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp on Friday evening or Saturday morning with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) window from our driver.

  • High-Rise & Condominium Residences: For properties with strict security management (such as guardhouses or reception desks), our drivers will coordinates entry to bring the package to your front door wherever possible. If your property management restricts direct floor access, our driver will contact you to collect the item at your lobby or guardhouse.

  • If You Are Not Home: Since the grass is a living product that should not sit in an enclosed vehicle or hot outdoor area for extended periods, please ensure someone is available to receive it. If no one is home, our driver will leave the patch in a safe, shaded area (such as your doorstep or guardhouse) as instructed by you. POTTY GRASS is not responsible for patches left unattended.

❓ Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Because live grass is perishable, please open and inspect your patch immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your patch is severely damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours at pottygrass@gmail.com or whatsapp at +6012 620 3194 with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or solution in compliance with Malaysian consumer rights.
