Cancellation policy
As a small business operating on a strict, localized farm-to-door model, all initial sales of POTTY GRASS are final. Please review our terms below regarding one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions before completing checkout.
One-Time Purchases

No Operational Changes: Because our product is a living, perishable asset harvested to order, your purchase goes directly into our farm allocation pipeline the moment checkout is completed. We do not accept cancellations, order modifications, or delivery day changes.

System Error Window: In compliance with the Malaysian Electronic Commerce Act 2006, if an automated checkout error occurs (e.g., double billing), you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placement to request a correction before farm harvesting begins. For refund processing details, please refer to Section 4 of our Refund Policy.
Subscription & Recurring Purchases (3-Order Minimum) To support our long-term farm planning and offer discounted recurring rates, our subscription program requires a minimum commitment:

Minimum Term Contract: When signing up for a Potty Grass subscription, you are strictly locked into a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive successful orders.

Cancellation Eligibility: You are only allowed to cancel or pause your subscription after your third (3rd) order has been successfully billed and delivered. Any cancellation requests submitted before the 3rd delivery is complete will not be processed.

Post-3rd Order Deadline: Once you have completed your initial 3-order commitment, you may cancel or pause future deliveries at any time. To stop an upcoming delivery, you must submit your cancellation via your Shopify portal at least 3 days before your next scheduled Saturday delivery.
Perishable Rejections & Account Restrictions
